Interface and Power Cables

Overview

PCG offers a wide range of ruggedized interface and power cables designed and manufactured to comply with MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-461F. These cable assemblies are built with EMI over braid terminated with banding adapters and are protected from abrasion with Gorilla Sleeve. Cable plugs can be supplies with full backshells and/or shrink boots. Continuity and Hi Pot testing is performed on all cables as part of the manufacturing process. For aircraft operations, Teflon wire and LSZH cable jacketing is available. Cable labeling is provided per MIL-STD-130 with a protective over coating.
